As you all know that CLTs have undergone some revision after our last meeting in Mumbai where issues were discussed. I am summarising the new rules and processes. These will be applicable from 14th Oct, 2013:
- Screener details of every respondent needs to be emailed in excel file format to Mumbai office by 6 pm one day prior to research
- Telephonic call back check will be done of each and every respondent who's detail is submitted
- On the day of research:
- Screeners to be submitted to the RE on entering the CLT venue (No tolerance will be done on this and registration will not begin until we have all the screeners in hand just like in Movie research)
- Registration of all the respondents will be done
- Their details will be verified with the screener details and anyone who's details are NOT there in Excel file will not be allowed to sit for the research
- Registered respondents will be given a badge and cellphones will remain with the respondent
- Sufficient back up recruitment needs to be planned by the vendor to ensure SS achievement. We have also increased the quota of extra respondents to enable this.
- STRICTLY no kids will be allowed at the CLT venue and any respondent with a kid will straight away be cancelled without any questions
- Time to be communicated to a respondent will be as follows: (this will be verified in the telephonic back check)
- They need to be at the venue 45 mins prior to the research start time (so 11:15 am they need to reach the venue for a 12PM batch)
- The research duration will be 01 hour 30 mins
- For CLT+Group respondents there will be additional 01 hour for the group
- So total time for CLT respondent will be 2 hours 30 mins and total time for CLT+group respondent will be 3 hours 30 mins
- Any discrepancy found in the above 4 points in telephonic back check will entitle the respondent for cancellation
